High Confident Evaluation for Smart City Services

This study aims to analyze massive data in cities through vitalization, and quantitatively evaluate smart city services, so as promote the construction development of cities. Due great difference between cities, a single evaluation method cannot accurately describe city. In this study, we classify by multiple labels according various bases give comprehensive description. Then, Multi-level Service Evaluation System (MSES) is introduced. It considers individual weights with different characteristics evaluates services from aspects. addition putting forward iterative Maturity Model-based (MMSE) framework proposed based on results MSES. constructs standardized high confident current state make feedback government policies. Finally, take 10 China demonstrate effectiveness MMSE during services.
